The BIOS of 2011

Wicked Jezabel is an offspring of the popular, now retired, all girl band "The Outskirts of Town". Davi and Pauline, of the Outskirts, started Wicked Jezabel in October of 2004, as a part-time project. Immediately, they added Ginger into the mix along with Mickey Dehn on bass. Sandy Dumas, (Jumpskirt), joined in January of 2006. Our first drummer Patty Daugherty could only play part-time and couldn't stay. As a result, we hired several drummers from 2005 to 2010 including, Shirley Purvis, Gwen Frederick and Bloody Meri Schaefer. Virgil Night replaced Mickey Dehn in October, 2009 till our youngest HO ever, Colleen Clark, formerly of The Zen Monkeys and Red letter Day, became our permanent bass player in July of 2011. Wicked Jezabel plays "full-time" (5-6 gigs per month). Davi, Pauline and Sandy, from the Outskirts, along with Elaine Giles, the awesome sound engineer from The Outskirts of Town, continue the "all girl party band" legacy along with Ginger, Colleen and YES, Patty Daugherty, our first drummer from 2004! She is BACK and we are thrilled! We all now create the biggest, bad-est all girl pop/rock party band the East coast has ever witnessed. They plan to sustain this legacy for many years to come!

Davi Anson Dross (Alpha HO) - Vocals, percussion, animated crowd pleaser with drooling femmy sex appeal in her creative fashion, vocal style and just sassy enough to chase you down with a mic! Traveled from Alaska to be here! Now that's a traveling musician! The founder of Washington DC's 100% all girl kick-ass smash, The Outskirts of Town now brings us..... EVEN MORE COWBELL!

Pauline Anson-Dross (Godmother HO) - Vocals, guitar, guitar synth, percussion. animated comedian, also right out of The Outskirts of Town female-mania! Homegrown and custom made to play music "just like the guys" out of Northern VA. Been locally obnoxious on stage for over 35 years and a proud comedian! Plays multiple instruments, but in this band, she plays guitar "left-handed-upside down" (high E on the top) and old habits die hard, but her vocal pipes of steele and powerfully passionate guitar leads are still a fine whine!

Ginger Starling (So HO, Key HO) - Vocals, keys. Our wicked southern belle with a brilliant musical mind. Her warm, clean pop-style vocal abilities bring more wicked versatility to our song list. She is a songwriter, publisher and could even conduct a symphony if she wanted to! Always dresses "sharp" (in a good way!) and never flat! Tunes pianos to the key of "E" for EXCELLENCE! Sandy Dumas (Jump HO) - Guitars and TONS of wicked hair with guitar animation! From Jumpskirt, of the famous all girl band The Outskirts of Town (and yes we are name dropping!), she jumps right in and takes over the stage with her wicked charismatic presence and clean but raunchy Keith Richards guitar power! Also proud owner of 26+ guitars!

Colleen Clark (Zen HO, Swiss Army HO) - Bass & Sound Sub Engineer & then some! - She is amazing! There ain't nuttin' she cant do! Our youngest HO member yet and will travel from Delaware to prove her intent! Colleen, formerly of The Zen Monkeys and Red letter Day, commits her time and talent with grace and taste! Don't let that cool demeanor fool you, she is one big package in that tall slinky style of hers! Also with that brain of steel, teaches sound technology and has a lion heart of gold!

Patty Daugherty (Patty Cake HO) - Vocals & Drums - If you notice a warm, red flying fireball of hair firing up the stage behind that drum set, no worries, it's just our fun loving Patty Cake HO! She's, dynamic, she's fun, she's full of energy, and she's totally 200% lovable! Not only is she a successful local musician for many years here in the Washington area, but she sings, she teaches music, she works hard ...she's a bird, a plane...YES she's SOCCER MOM!!!! No one can resist Patty's Charisma ... she will suck you in and rock you out! It is wonderful having Patty back home where she belongs again ~ with our "Wicked" family!

Elaine Giles (LINKS PRO HO) We are honored to have Elaine in our sound position to help keep Wicked Jezabel sounding "wickedly" awesome! Elaine is an experienced and professionally trained sound engineer who for many years owned and operated "The Sound Connection" in Anchorage, AK. She has a remarkable ear and wonderfully dishes up our wicked waves, whether in the tiniest tavern or the great outdoors!! Elaine is a "necessary accessory" who makes all our lives so much easier - and she never hits the "suck" button! Without Elaine there is no savior left on this planet!
